Warrior Woman Project is a mindset programme aimed to helping women who have lost their identity to empower them by teaching them that ‘it’s okay to be selfish’ and get better balance in their lives.
The Warrior Woman Project is available as a 12 week online programme, a 6 week face to face programme (skype available), 1 & 2 day workshops.

Pilates classes Glasgow West End, one to one, pre and post natal, workshops and corporate classes available throughout Glasgow City. I also work closely with some of Glasgow’s top Physiotherapists to ensure their clients get the best after care and work through their rehabilitation exercises.
