Always a fan of easy ways to get more greens in to my body and love sharing new smoothie recipe ideas with you…
This one is really easy, really tasty and really good for you…
Wheatgrass (optional)
Maca powder (optional)
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
1 scoop hemp protein
Water (I use around 300ml but you can use whatever to make it the consistency that works best for you)
Blend, drink, enjoy.
