Saturday Kitchen

On my adventures I always have a smoothie with me and yesterday was no exception. This smoothie is delicious

½ avocado

250ml almond milk

Tablespoon flaxseed (linseed)

Dash of vanilla

Tablespoon of cocoa nibs (or cacao or cocoa powder)

A piece of coconut flesh (I buy them shelled, chopped and frozen at the Chinese supermarket)

Cube of fresh ginger

Teaspoon honey

Blend that together then add water to make it the consistency you like
