Since going on holiday and taking my blender with me I have been obsessed with smoothies once again, I would like to tell you that now the good weather is coming in it is so much easier to drink them but it’s still really cold here in Scotland just now…

This delightful blend is my smoothie of the week… enjoy


50ml almond milk

150ml water or coconut water

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract / essence

1 medjool date (pitted)

Cinnamon (shake)

Nutmeg (shake)

Blitz everything in your blender until smooth, add more water to desired consistency and enjoy.
