The cold weather really doesn’t encourage me to have smoothies but I tried this one again recently and have fallen back in love with them:


150ml coconut water

1 scoop hemp protein or hemp seeds

Large handful of spinach

Juice of ½ lime

Juice of ½ lemon

Juice of ½ orange

Blitz everything in your blender until smooth, add more water to desired consistency and enjoy.
