Some of you might have seen me post a picture of some fudge that I made this week, it was thanks to on Instagram.

Super easy, healthy and delicious!!

1 tin of chickpeas

½ cup peanut butter

½ cup non dairy milk (I used almond)

8 pitted dates

1 teaspoon vanilla

Pinch of salt

Put everything in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Option to fold in dark chocolate drops, cocoa nibs, raisins, goji berries or something else of choice – I used cocoa nibs for my first batch.

I used a square baking tray, lined it with cling film, smoothed out the mix, put in the freezer for 4 hours to set then cut in to small squares.

These are best eaten from frozen so keep them in the freezer (obviously)
