Everyone seems to be coming down with colds, flu’s and stomach bugs at the moment… Sick is the last thing you want or need…

I love this immune boosting warm milk drink…

Warming Health Boosting Anti-Inflammatory Drink

1 1/2 cups almond/coconut/hazelnut/oat/rice milk (can be one or a combo)
1tsp turmeric
1/2tsp cinnamon
Pinch cloves
Pinch black pepper
Pinch salt (pink Himalayan or sea salt)
1tbsp honey (less if your milk is sweet)
Put everything in a saucepan, gently heat to approx 70deg (i use a milk thermometer)
Stir or whisk often to keep the milk from sticking to the pan (I have a milk whisk – best £5 I have spent in a while)
