What is your excuse?

So far this week I have talked to you about getting out your comfort zone, making a change, setting a plan…

Before we do anything, we need to deal with your excuses… Just to remind you what they might be:

  • I don’t have time
  • I can’t afford to
  • I don’t know where to start
  • I can’t
  • I will start tomorrow
  • I have a night out / dinner / party at the end of the week
  • I’m not organised
  • It’s too far
  • I’m not fit enough
  • I’m not smart enough

These are just some of the excuses that you will be telling yourself, if yours is not on the list, it still counts…

If you keep giving yourself the excuse, you have to ask yourself, do you really want it?

If you want something bad enough, you will make it happen.

You know what you should be eating, you know what activities you need to be doing, you know that you can reach out for help… All you need to do it do it…

Think about your excuses and work out what you can do to get round them…
