Step 2 are you getting enough

Step 2, the next thing that you need to be focusing on is:

Your sleep.

Every single night you need to be getting somewhere around 8 hours a night. Your body needs time to reset and repair all its systems. If it doesn’t get the 8 hours to do that, then the next day you are playing catch up.

Imagine how far behind you are if you have not been sleeping well for a long time…

Aim to be in bed ready to sleep for 1030pm (at the latest).

Switch of computers, laptops, tablets, phones even your TV about 2 hours before bed and get in to a routine, maybe read, listen to relaxing music, have a bed time tea or hot cocoa, have a bath, get in to your jammies ready to chill out…

Try to make your sleeping environment as inviting as possible – nice sheets, dark, no electrical equipment on (ideally don’t even have your phone in your room), everything organised for the next day… Look forward to getting to your bed (I know I do)
