Nothing messes with your head like standing on the scales…
There are so many determining factors that can affect that number.
That number can have you go from thinking you look healthy and toned to feeling fat, frumpy and ugly in a split second.
Weighing yourself is NOT the best way to monitor your body.
Have items of clothing you like wearing – if you look good and feel good in them, great. Take photos of yourself in your undies from the front, side and back so you can compare.
Look at your hair, skin and nails. If they don’t look healthy, your hairs dull, your skin has breakouts, your nails are raggidy then you are probably not at your optimum health and could be eating and drinking better…
If you are bloated, constipated you might want to have a look at what you are eating.
There are no magic pills, no fast track solutions.
Anything that isn’t real food (hasn’t grown or lived off the ground) is going to be an expensive, short term fix.
Think long term. What can you sustain for the rest of your life?
It’s about your lifestyle choices.
You want to eat, you want to have the occasional treat, you don’t want to feel guilty, you want to be happy, healthy and care free.
You want to look in the mirror and like what you see. You want to look and feel good naked. You want to feel confident about who you are.
Warrior Woman Project can help.
Start by downloading your FREE self-care pack today from www.freedomintraining.co.uk or just hit reply and let me know you want a copy and I will get it sent over to you.
Start with taking 5minutes a day to look after yourself.
Love yourself long time.
If you are not sure… How long have you been unhappy? How many diets have you tried? Have you actually sustained the initial weight losses or was it a short term fix and you are back where you started (or worse)? How would you like to break free from the constant unsustainable sacrifices and failure cycle? Are you not absolutely fed up moving from fad to fad and not getting anywhere?
So why not give this a go? It’s free and I am not going to tell you that you HAVE to give up cake, wine, cheese… What I am going to encourage you to do is to take just a tiny bit of time back for you…
Go on, treat yourself…
