Another Monday rolls around and the week ahead is a busy one.

If you are thinking aw crap, I am eating on the run or I will grab something from the supermarket on the way home then you might want to schedule Day 27 in to your week and have a kitchen afternoon.
Working from home, working shifts, in the office all day or on the road, you need to get your shit together and be organised.
You want to eat clean so you don’t need to worry about your health and waistline which means you need to be prepared.
You need to set aside an afternoon somewhere in your week that you get this done.
Roast up the veggies, slow cook stews, soups and curries, bake or make snacks, get prepared for the week ahead.
I don’t like faffing about, chop and go is good for me, so simple recipes that can be frozen to be heated later are ideal for me.
Every week, this is about you, your health, your energy, how you feel about yourself when you look in the mirror, your hair, your skin, the compliments when people see you looking better, your confidence.
Self-care month is about you.
