It’s not change, it’s new…

Here is your back up plan if change just seems too big a task right now…

Add something new in to your life. Back in January I set myself a task of doing 1 new thing every day for at least 2 months, it did carry on and I am still doing it, I just kind of lost count when I went on holiday but it is my new habit or ritual.

That something new can be anything from trying a new food, new restaurant, new hairstyle, putting air in your tyres, visiting a country you have never been to.

Just by doing something new, you are building confidence in yourself, you are kind of sneakily making changes without calling it that and you are bringing something else in to your life.
