Many of you are starting back to work today, some started back yesterday, or maybe even over the weekend depending on what sector you work in… Either way, it’s a fresh start, fresh outlook fresh ideas… If over the weekend you were getting the fear, and this morning you are really not looking forward to going back to work, I don’t want to state the obvious here, but you need to work out what are you going to do to change that.
What is the plan for this year? How are you going to make this a happier year? When we get to this time next year how do you want to feel? What steps can you take to make those changes?
Remember, consistency is the key thing here, it doesn’t need to be the full overhaul change when your life today looks nothing like it did yesterday, but it does need to be 1 step, even if that first step is just a thought process it is something.
Let’s make a promise to ourselves that we are going to do this for us, not to try and make someone else happy or keep someone else quiet…
