Fear… Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise
What path do you choose?
The best way to overcome fear is to share your fears with people who will support you and help you work through them.
When you share your fears they start to dissolve as you realise what the actual fear is and it is usually your imagination going in to overdrive.
When you don’t share your fears they multiply, exaggerate and you can get lost and stuck inside them. They can even develop in to anxiety…
It’s easy to get stuck inside your own head because you don’t want to bother anyone or you want to be the strong person who sorts out your own problems (I have and can still be both of them).
Strength comes in numbers and a problem shared is a problem halved – pretty sure I have heard these phrases from my mum and my gran, so I am going to keep that going and be the one to say it to you…
