Bring down the noise

Yesterday we were looking at your internal focus and what prevents us from hearing and feeling it… So, what do you do to turn down the internal noise?

Remember, there are no rules…

Just some ideas (this list in not exclusive and you don’t need to do all of them, you need to find what works for you):

  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Running
  • Walking
  • Cycling
  • Swimming
  • Mind maps with to do lists
  • Taking a bath/shower
  • Getting out of your usual space
  • Writing
  • Listening to music (that makes you feel calm)

Whatever it is you choose to do, the aim of the game is to quiet the noise in your head to allow you to feel / listen to your gut instincts, when you do that your life decisions happen organically and you get clarity.
