Things that I believe to be important to be healthier and happier:
- You need to make yourself a priority
- You need to find a balance that works for you
- Thinking about foods as good and bad is setting you up to fail
- Happiness is always a choice
We have been sharing recipes, podcasts, books, video’s and experiences.
It is always good to know that you are not alone and it is okay to eat ice-cream some days and not feel bad about it.
